Parking during a training session at the Doornhoek building in Veghel is allowed along the roadside. We kindly ask you not to park on the grass to prevent damage to the soft ground.

- Part of the venue is arranged in a way that the rear part is made to be active. Sometimes, this means that it’s nice to have some comfortable clothing (sportswear) with you. Just in case you need it ;-).
- If you’re registered at KNGF, Keurmerk or PQK, please bring your accreditation number.
Nice to knows:
- The lunch is arranged at the verge of the old city centre of imperial city Nijmegen: with a beautiful view of the river the ‘Waal’. Together we take a little walk to ‘Ultimo lunch bar’. Check this spot out by clicking on the link.
- There will be numerous vegetarian options during lunch. However, do you have any other dietary preferences/allergies that we need to know? Please, let us know with your registration or through email.

COVID-19
We as team Denkfysio are determined to make this course a nice and safe one. We keep following the developments closely, but if we look at the situation right now, thIS course can be pursued. But we need your help, because we cannot do this alone. Please read this information carefully to prepare yourself as good as possible for the course.
Information related to Covid-19
1. First of all we ask you to follow the RIVM-guidelines at all times. This means:
Do not visit the course if you have one of these following symptoms:
- A cold like: a cold of the nose, sneezing, a running nose, a sore throat.
- Coughing
- Stuffiness
- A fever
- Loss of smell and/or taste.
Do you have one of these symptoms? Get yourself tested, and stay home until the result is known. If a family member has a fever or stuffiness, everyone has to stay home.
● Keep 1,5 meter distance from the participants, expect for your buddy (more info see below). In addition:
○ Wash your hands frequently with water and soap.
○ Cover your cough or sneeze using the bend of your elbow or a tissue.
○ Use paper tissues.
○ Don’t shake hands.

2. We set up the venue in such a way so you can keep 1,5 m distance from each other during the theory part. Keep this distance.
3. We ask you to only use your mug with your name on it and put it in the dishwasher by yourself by the end of the day.
4. Find your buddy and stick with him! During the practise parts of the course you will practise together with your buddy, and nobody else. This person will be your buddy during the whole course.
5. Make use of a mask if you want. We make sure there are enough masks, keep your mask with you during the day. When the day is finished, drop your mask in the washing bin. The next day you'll receive a new one.
6. Because of hygiene considerations we ask you to bring your own sheets to cover the bench.
7. Romantic lunch for two! Only have lunch with your buddy, keep 1,5 m distance between you and the rest of the participants.
8. Choose your buddy well, because you have to stick with him during the whole course ;)! You'll find your buddy by choosing to sit next to him or her during the theory part.
9. We'll make sure there is enough disinfectant and that the venue will be cleaned thoroughly.
10. Last but not least: take good care of each other and yourself. Respect other people's choices and behavior. But most of all make sure your course will be safe, instructive and one to remember!

Webinar / online course
Webinar / online course instructions
1. Please register on beforehand of the webinar via the link in the confirmation mail. After you registered yourself the link to join the webinar will be sent to your email. Make sure you register yourself with the same name as you bought your ticket with, so we can check your presence correctly.
2. Fifteen minutes before the webinar starts you join the zoom session via the link you got. The webinar first consists of a 90-minute presentation, after this presentation there is one hour left for the questions you have regarding the presentation. To keep the overview, I want to ask you to use the chat to ask your questions. During the question hour the Denkfysio host will invite you to ask your question. If you don't want to ask your question, please notify and we will ask the question for you.
3. To participate in this webinar you need a laptop, computer, mobile phone or tablet. Possibly, with a camera. This is not necessarily obligated, but it is indeed nice to see your fellow participants!
4. It’s not necessary to download the ZOOM app on your computer, if you want you can just join the webinar in your browser. If you’re using a MacBook, we would recommend you to install the ZOOM app. Since this app facilitates more functions then in your browser. If you are joining the webinar with your mobile phone or a tablet you do have to install the ZOOM app on beforehand.
5. We would like to run the webinar as smoothly as possible. That's why I want to ask you to mute the microphone on your computer/laptop if you're not asking a question. In this way we ensure the webinar to be understandable for everyone.
6. For promotion purposes we are collecting imagery during the webinar. If you
have an objection to this, please let us know.
7. If it may occur that you are experiencing technical problems during the webinar, send an email to charlotte@denkfysio.nl. She will contact you as soon as possible to fix the problem.
